 PRODUCT EXCHANGES

 If you'd like to exchange an item for a different product, we recommend returning your original purchase first. Once the return is processed and approved, you can place a new order for your desired item.

 REFUND PROCESSING

  After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you a notification regarding the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method automatically. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process and post the refund to your account.
